Every year you'd see lights and decorations all over Singapore to celebrate the joyous event, Christmas. For the past month or so, every morning when I go to work, I see the huge Christmas tree, the moment I come down the lift from the car park at Great Eastern.

As I walk pass Hans towards my office, before I enter the door to go up the lift.

I'd see the little Christmas tree with a huge star at it's tip.

Isn't it lovely?

Sometimes I wonder, why put in so much effort to do this decorations when it will eventually be torn down anyway. But looking at the lights across Orchard Road year after year, I guess it's the moment of joy that's worth all the effort made...
