Gosh! It's been ages since I've taken a decent vacation outta Singapore's border. Everyday is work, work, AND MORE WORK! This is the hectic lifestyle of a "working adult"...

It'd be great if I could finally take a break and go one a short vacation to... Hmm... California maybe?

With that thought in mind, as usual, I began web surfing in the quest to find the perfect "dream vacation". Hopefully, if time and monetary means forbids, I'd be able to take this break, sometime in 2007.

VLBO.com - My "dream vacation" solution?

VLBO.com basically offers rental of condos, villas, cabins and such to travelers at reasonable/affordable rate. It doesn’t matter what location you're looking for, there is a holiday rental property waiting just for you.

It took a while for me to screen through the "available list" but ultimately the answer become clear, California - Lake Tahoe.

With VLBO.com - Lake Tahoe vacation rentals I "discovered" a really nice property available for rental.

This would most definitely be the PERFECT place to spend a peaceful weekend with my dearest "Monkey" (my boyfriend's nickname)!
