First and foremost (not last and foremost according to Ting-tionary), I would like to take this opportunity to apologize for blabbering (senselessly) non-stop, the day before. I'm apparently suffering from "vigilance-ness-toms" (don't bother checking it up the dictionary. I just added the "ness-toms" for the sake of adding it).

The symptoms for this so-called "illness" are:

1. Blabbering (senselessly) non-stop - 90% of the time repeating the same thing but phrasing it differently.
2. Constantly forgetting what I said previously - I may have started the topic but before ending it, I apparently forgot entirely what the topic was.
3. Remembering only 10% of what I actually said the day after - This isn't a major issue since 90% of the time I'm repeating the same thing anyway.

P/s: Take note I'm not apologizing to ALL Ping'sters just THE Ping'sters that I may have unintentionally annoyed.

That's that. Now to move on...

Yesterday was the first "blog community gathering" I've ever attended in my whole entire blogging life. But the main reason why I went, wasn't because of the gathering.

For those that couldn't make it (or didn't want to make it), it was held at Secret Recipe, THE FORUM (in Orchard) outlet.

P/s: Understand that I didn't appear in most of the photos (came late, left early, and apparently arzhou's camera was on low batt), so I had to pick the one that I appeared in, as the main photo to feature. LoLx~

Before I go into my self-created, so-called, meaningless theories...

I simply LOVE Secret Recipe!

Sadly, they didn't have my favorite Oreo Cheese Cake...

Here comes my *ahem* theories...

To be honest, I suffered slight disappointment (not exactly in a bad way).

When I first started blogging, I didn't think that it would evolve into such a physical interaction network (I seriously don't mean it in a sexual kinda way). I mean, I never really thought that I would appear, physically, with the thought that I wanted to meet the bloggers up front and personal. In fact, I'm not sure if I actually want to meet bloggers up front and personal. I fear that my impression of "them" might somewhat differ, which isn't exactly a good thing.

I'm being quite contradictive actually. Making new friends is a good thing, I like that. But on the other hand, getting to know someone for who they really are might change my opinion of them.

For example:

I always thought that DK was somewhat approachable based on how he writes in his blog. After speaking to him on MSN a couple of times, I sense reservations. He isn't exactly as open (rather stern in fact) as he appears in his blog. After meeting him in person, the impression somewhat changed again! Instead of somewhat stern, I felt that he was somewhat shy. Tsk.

Then again, that might be his actual personality. Hmmm...

P/s: Just in case you (DK) read this, I really don't mean it in an offensive way. I don't know you well at all, it's just the impression I'm getting.

This kinda got me thinking, are bloggers what they appear to be online and off? Am I the same online and off?

This kinda drills down to the whole chat-room/forums persona thingy. Some people may appear rather aggressive and such in chat-rooms and/or forums, but in actual fact, they're rather shy in person.

I'm sooo not implying that the people I've met are all shy. It's just DK I guess. Hehe.

I seriously adore Veron, she's kinda my idol. I want to get to know her of course, but on the other hand, what if, after getting to know her, I stop adoring her as much as I currently do? These kinda things do happen you know. It'd be quite devastating. I don't exactly have many idols. In fact, I don't actually believe in idolizing people.

Argh... I'm so contradicting.

Oh well, whatever. I'm probably just jealous and envious that everyone is such nice people and I'm so unfriendly and such.

Now for the treat of the day! MORE PHOTOS!

First, lets all give a warm welcome to "the guys"...
