How will a pulp result?
I've always wanted to ask my big bossy where he got his digital picture frame from, but never did.
He is my big bossy, you know. I feel somewhat uncomfortable talking to him directly. He isn't exactly fierce or anything, I just feel uncomfortable. Don't ask me why.
Fortunately, the Internet is a place that you can find almost ANYTHING! And yes, I found a site that has it! Wee~
Out of all the varieties, I like the "7 inch digital photo frame - clear and white acrylic" the most. The retail price for it is apparently US$174.00, but here, it is sold at US$79.01.
It's somewhat affordable I guess. But I'm still considering whether to buy it or not. What do you think? Should I?
I am a camera whore after all...
Pardon me, but do you have any idea what I'm blabbering about? Do you know what is a digital photo frame?
For those that aren't familiar with it...
A digital photo frame is a digital picture frame that typically display the pictures directly from a camera's memory card, though a few styles also provide internal memory storage.
Some of such models can load pictures over the Internet from RSS feeds, photo-sharing sites like Flickr or Picasa, and even by email. However, such networked models usually require (in other words support) wireless (802.11) connections.
Most digital photo frames display the photos as a slide-show (usually with an adjustable time interval). Some digital photo frames can also play movie clips recorded in a camera's movie mode, MPG files, or MP3 audio.
Technology simply rocks, doesn't it?
I go by the name Princessa (pronounced as Prin-ces-sa) online, you can also call me Sabrina or Princess Sabrina for that matter.

Your blog is a lot of fun, i like it. I don't want to say too much on this particular post as its nearly a year old now, so i guess by now you've made your decision! Im still not sure whether electronic picture frames are tacky or cool.

I'd have to say that I'm not a fan of the digital photo frames as of yet. It's funny I remember the geeks making these with old laptops before they even became popular. Now you see them everywhere, just not in peoples houses.

a very interesting use-case for these photoframes (those with wifi at least) is when you have family abroad whom you wish to keep updated on your daily life overseas; especially with your kids growing up and that sort of thing ;-)

I just bought one of these, and I find it very annoying. The problem is, that whenever someone comes over, they stand or sit hypnotized while they watch hundreds of pictures. It is horrible and nearly as bad as inviting someone over and having the television on the whole time. Gah. I had to move the frame somewhere where people couldn't see it well. Otherwise, people did not interact. How annoying.

Just buy if you like it so much, as I can see from the way you describe it. Happy for a day is worth for the purchase, even if it isn't such as a great toy.
