A company formation (aka incorporation) is basically to form (aka register) a new business. It may be a non-profit organization, sports club or even a government of a new city or town.

Getting a company registered, even for lazy people, is a breeze, thanks to companies that actually "specialize" in this field (e.g. Quick Formations Limited - this is UK based though).

The registration process goes something like:

1. Pick the company name (think of a few just in case).
2. Check if the name is available.
3. Fill up the form.
4. PAY for it!

The tough part...
