How will a pulp result?
I guess I've mentioned before that my mum is in the Insurance industry?
Well... As of now, she still is. Quite impressive I would say, being in one industry (furthermore same company) for so many years.
P/s: My mum's company doesn't deal in Life Insurance though.
Fortunately my mum is at her 50s, in other words, she is retiring soon. Considering the evolvement of society and the "old ways" her company maintains their stand in business, I somewhat feel it's lifespan is reaching it's end.
Not that I wish it to be, but still... See the below?
This company is somewhat catered to the Americans. It basically deals with Insurance (DUH!). They have 2 particular policies that somewhat caught my attention:
- no medical life insurance
- no medical term life insurance
Usually when you get Life Insurance, you somewhat need to take (unless you already have) somesort of a medical exam. For this case their - "term life insurance no medical exam", kinda makes things less troublesome?
Anyway, my point is that...
Nowadays companies (in every other industry you can think of) are going towards the whole Internet trend thingy. Even if their not into the whole Web 2.0 thingy they still have to at least have a website to somewhat prove their existence.
Though this particular example have yet evolved to Web 2.0 standards, but nonetheless, it's still a prove of "cyber existence". Something that my mum's company would probably NEVER have.
In time to come they will further evolve, together with the millions of businesses out there, and soon enough you will find "cyber trades" are not just a thing of the future but the present.
I go by the name Princessa (pronounced as Prin-ces-sa) online, you can also call me Sabrina or Princess Sabrina for that matter.
