Topics in regards to 'Advertlets' and 'Nuffnang' have been discussed quite a bit in the recent days. And throughout this, based on me, disturbing and sensitive issue, I've more or less kept my eyes open but my fingers away from the keyboard.
The time is NOW!
Let's be honest here, after the Advertlets screwed up the last time round, I felt the need to removed Advertlets' ad placement in my blog.
However, when Nuffnang decided to come up with the whole 'exclusive program', and for the pass week or so I've not actually gotten any ads from them... I reinstated Advertlets instead.
If you notice, I've placed Advertlets' ad, with the in-house advertisements above Nuffnang's empty button that only states,
I serve Nuffnang ads
Reason?
If I didn't state the fact that Advertlets' ads are in-house ones and that I'm not actually getting paid for it, would you think that I'm not?
Nuffnang on the other hand kinda gives the impression, to whomever that visits, that I'm seriously NOT getting ads! Which is rather ironic considering that I do have a bit of traffic, and it's kinda wasting the space I allocate for them.
My point?
What can I say...
I wouldn't sign up for Nuffnang's 'exclusive program' to get more ads because that would mean I have to 100% committed to them.
It's a trust issue.
Until now, the amount that I've cashed out has not been mailed to me yet. So, do I really want to be committed to something I cannot 100% rely on?

I'm now using Advertlets program, thinking of switching to Exclusive Nuffnang package (since I have a few blogs, I'd like to test different advertisement package). But after reading so many bad review on Nuffnang, I'm shaken. Maybe I'll just stay with Advertlets.
From the comment section of cetain blogs, I can see that Josh Lim (the owner of advertlets if I'm not mistken)do try to clarify things ASAP. From a few blogs, I can see that he personally called a few of them to resolve any problem. This is quite a boost of spirit for me to maintain with the Advertlets.

Actually, there is a CPC ad for NN, which display ads.
Perhaps you should explore more rather than 'accusing' someone for something that they do have.
And no, I am not working for NN.

Many figured that it isn't worth it to exclusively use Nuffnang because it doesn't serve out ads frequently to the lesser known blogs (i.e if it's not xiaxue, mrbrown, miyagi or cowboy caleb, it probably falls into this category)
Compared to Advertlets, at least ads are served 24/7 and every impression and click is recorded and credited in near real time, not like Nuffnang's "I'll let you know after your allocated campaign is over." And that's probably after every calculation is done against you.
