Edison Chen 'Sex Scandal': Totally OVERRATED!

I'm not sure if the newspapers published this 'sex scandal' but almost every other 'source' I read (as in blogs that is), sure did.

I was actually quite surprise to see it at mrbrown and Xiaxue's blogs. They're more known to created headlines rather then to follow.

Is this 'scandal' really 'that hot'?

What saddens me most is that the 'place' that is most intensively publicizing this topic is, in fact,

Ping.sg (the directory that I first read the topic from)!

Sigh.

A couple of days ago I was somewhat discussing in an entry about the increasing amount of 'sex-related' topics at Ping.sg, shortly after, this whole Edison Chen 'Sex Scandal' started and the pongs for blogs discussing it hit sky high!

Talk about tested and proven. They really showed me?

Seriously, in movies, series and such, you see actors and actresses in sex scenes half the time (some censored, some not). What's the big deal anyway?

I cannot believe the buzz this topic is getting.

People do like scandal because it is an accidental act not purposely just like in movies. Who likes their own sex pictures being post up? In movies there are bunch of actresses cant wait to get nude or half nude. And that makes sex scandal 'really hot'. And 1 more thing makes the scandal hotter is that it is Chinese artistes not White

I was shocked to see the pictures because you would never expect to see anything like that from a Chinese culture. The most would be III category and NOT 'IV' category.

no, its not overrated, cause its the FIRST sex scandal in hong kong, and the people involved, are the most famous people of hong kong right now. and the girls are supposed to have squeaky clean images, and one of them is married and just had a kid. one guy and a few girls, come on, this is what we all been waiting for. it really can't get any hotter.

perhaps for you it may seem to be over rated because you're don't fancy the celebs the way others do, but there are those that actually take these people as role models. with this whole scandal many are actually affected by what they see and it also somewhat shows how powerful and scary the internet can be.

american scandals are so common when some asian does something out of the ordinary it become like such a big deal
