I've been wanting to rent a place for the past 2 months already.

Trust me, living at home in the living room is so not Princess style.

Talk about lack of privacy. Geez.

Anyhow.

I realized that apart from the newspapers, there isn't really an online real estate classified (Singapore based) that is up to date.

Those that are more recognized are not user friendly at all. It's confusing. It's hard to differentiate whether it's on sales, rent or want to rent/buy.

It's so different from the States or even Australia.

In short, it's hopeless.

That's why, a friend of mine (whose mom is in the real estate business) are somewhat considering in constructing a fully featured online real estate classified.

What do you think? Good idea?

I'm not sure if I'm up to it though. Based on the requirements, it's going to be quite tedious on the developer end (which is my end).

The site itself is one thing. We still need to factor in the,

Keeping Buyers and Agents Connected!

portion?

And that's how House4Cell can come in handy?

It's kinda a 'Real Estate Text Messaging Solution', which basically uses Cellit Mobile Marketing.

I don't really get how that works yet, but I will in due time.

One problem I foresee. It's not local. Thus, I'm not sure if this can be locally integrable.

If it isn't, I'd have to consider reconstructing it, which is going to be even more tedious. Plus, I'm not sure if I can even do it. Duh.
