I'll give you a clue. It's at VivoCity, the first word is a color, the second word is 'Dog' and it's obviously a Cafe.

I won't be revealing it yet, so carry on guessing. Let me know your answers and if by chance you hit the bullseye I'll let you know. Scouts honor! But unfortunately, I'm not a scout.
