Okay, this is depressing.
I hate it when fatty Aaron is right about stuff, esp. when it has to do with me being wrong.
Yesterday, I went for the "Xbox 360 2nd Anniversary Party @ Screening Room" as mentioned in my earlier entry. And the photos from the organizer have been released! (Was released in the morning in fact.)
The problem is... Well... In short, it's time I lost a couple of pounds.
And the reason for that...

Talk about bad angle, bad posture, and the most unfortunate portion, totally bad FAT legs! :(
(Partially the photographers fault on the angle part, but the legs... Well... I only have myself to blame.)
The next will totally gross the hell outta you people. (Then again, probably the first one was worst.)

Even if I hide it from the rest of the world, my figure would totally expose me anyway. Sad.
Time to stay clear from cakes, candies, and... Hmmm... Have to ask my nutritionist about the rest of the no-nos. Clearly I'm not capable of planning my own food intake and exercise plan.
If Britney Spears can do it...

It took me close to 3 hours to put together the design and code the stylesheet, function template page template file and everything else that went with it. But it's ready now. Well, ready to view at least.

You do not look fat. If you want to feel better get some exercise. That will tone you up and excercising will release endorphins to make you feel better

don't be so hard on yourself, you are a beautiful princess and instead of focusing on weight loss perhaps you can focus on incorporating healthy habits.

I participated in a weight loss competition this last season and was really intrigued by how motivated most of the people in the competition were. Anyway, I have discovered it's super hard to lose weight when I cut out goodies because it leaves me wanting more.

Ok, maybe you are not in your ideal body, but I wouldn't call you FAT. I did not see any cellulite in your leg, you still look beautiful.

First EAT HEALTHY, everybody knows what the healthy foods are. Vegetables, water, fruits, whole grain, lean protein and so forth

Second EXERCISE move your body, you do not need to do anything to the extreme, find your favorite work out and stick to it.

try eating every two hrs small meals and eat fresh fruit veg and lean meat and exercising 30 min aday it works

I dont think you are fat at all am i am being completely honest. I think all you need to do is add more fruits and vegetables into your diet and eat smaller pertions. I recommend eating every three hours with a TON of water and of course small and healthy portions. It has really worked for me and maybe it will for you too. Good Luck.

Just don't accept what others say to you. If you're underweight, you have more health risks than if you're overweight. I actually think if you're overweight, it doesn't matter. Not to be rude, but you look like need a little extra body fat on you. And STOP stop tarnishing your self esteem by calling yourself fat!
