Yanni's blog kinda popup while I was searching with the keyword - "88DB". And well... After visiting one link after another, I chanced upon a blog with an entry - "Born with feet facing backwards", which kinda caught my attention!

(Okay... It's the photos that really caught my attention.)

Let me summarize this...

According to the entry - a waitress, Wang Fang, 27, of Chongqing city in China, refused to be classified as "disable" dispite the fact that she was born with her feet facing the wrong way.

She said:

"I can run faster than most of my friends and have a regular job as a waitress in the family restaurant. There is no reason to class me as disabled."

It was said that doctors and her family feared she would not be able to walk properly when she was born! That was then of course. Now... They agreed that she could probably outrun anyone she knows. (Which is quite impressive if you ask me.)

Wang, who has a five year-old son with normal feet, said:

"I can walk as well as anyone else, and even run faster than them. I'm like everyone else - except of course that I put my shoes on backwards."

Come to think of it, I wouldn't classify her as disabled either. I mean, she can walk and run fine so it's like no major issue. But still... It's not exactly normal to have shoes wore the wrong way. So I guess it's still a defact.

I kinda having a mix feeling of "wow" and "ouch". The whole beauty is skin deep doesn't really work that well for me. As Teddybear frequently says - "Thank god you're beautiful..." He doesn't continue from there. (So much for inner beauty eh?)

How do you feel after reading this?
