WTF!
It takes so freaking long to inform me that it's on a different account number that is why my old account reflects that the domain name is terminated?

Ahhh... I got super racist comment to make man. (Pardon me - super angry.) I'm not exactly the super non-racist kinda of person, but I don't often make racist comments. This is super one-off-time thing. (Hopefully the last I would ever want to rant about.)

You put me on hold for so freaking long and you HANG UP just like that?! Hello... You're a Customer Service Officer, and I AM A CUSTOMER! You don't HANG UP on your customers just because you have no idea what the hell you're doing!

At the end of the day it's still a Singaporean (the Chinese breed that speaks proper English) that is able to answer my queries and get the problem resolved.
So much for our so-called "need" of foreign talents.
