Geez, I should really priorities my stuff... They need the S$30,000 like within 2 weeks and I've not done ANYTHING until now. So much for wanting to lend a helping end. Tsk.

Anyway.

Roughly a week ago (or so), I received an email from Hillary Chan in regards to Sunday Sharing (which isn't the point here), the winners of WCG and SCOGA.

Apparently, the winners of Singapore's WCG can't compete at the international level due to financial issues.

So now...

The (Singapore) Cybersports and Online Gaming Association, more commonly known as SCOGA, is trying to raise a total of S$30,000 to send these 6 cyber-athletes to compete in the World Cyber Games (WCG) finals in Cologne, Germany in November 2008.

Dated September 05, 2008, the total estimated donations collected is S$6,391, which means they are still in need of S$23,609. *Ouch*

As mentioned,

Air ticket prices increase with everyday drawing nearer to the international finals ...

Time is really running out!

One little me may not be able to do much, but if each and everyone of us just fork out a dollar or two, it can really make a huge difference.

For Singapore's glory, SCOGA and myself, appeal to all of you to help raise the S$30,000 to fly our 6 Singaporean champions to represent Singapore in Cologne, Germany!

P/s: I would like to donate more... But I'm jobless now, have to cut back on expenditure just in case.
