Late as always. I mean me of course.

For this week's

Nadnut instructs us to envision ourselves in a foreign country where the main language spoken isn't English (for my case, not Mandarin either) and you can hardly understand the people there.

Put in such a situation:

Would you rather...

1. Be broke? (You don't have a single cent with you and unfortunately Mastercard and Visa ain't here to save the day.)

Or

2. Be lost? (As mentioned earlier, you can't communicate with anyone.)

Take not that you are traveling alone and your phone went bonkers!

Hmmm...

This reminds me of something J.Tan said like 2 weeks back, before he went Bintan with S.Tan. (That's like 1 weekend before I went Bintan. So no, we didn't go together.)

It had something to do with driving a motorbike from the resort to City area, half way breaking down, and getting lost...

I recall alot of laughter, but I can't seem to remember the moral of the story. (Come to think of it, I can't remember Teddybear having anything to say with a point behind the statement. Figures.)

I am not making any sense, am I? Oh well.

Okay, if I were in a foreign land and I can't communicate with anyone around. I guess, I would rather...

2. Be lost - not able to communicate with anyone.

Then

1. Be broke - not having a single cent with me and unfortunately Mastercard and Visa ain't here to save the day.

The reason is simple, heard of the phrase "no money no talk"?

Even if I am able to communicate with others but I'm broke, I don't think they won't bother responding to me either. It's as good as not being able to communicate at all.

So yeah... I totally cannot imagine myself penniless and alone. That would be worst then Judgment Day! (Okay. Maybe not.)
