Where was I... Oh whatever.

As mentioned, we arrived a little later then the rest, since we took the last limo trip. By the time we got there we kinda missed the LED TV showcase already. Such a pity, Jean had so many nice things to say about it in her blog. Oh well.

In the limousine...

During the short tour-about in the limo, a "small talk" was conducted by the lady and her assistant, which followed with a "blind test".

The objective of this "test" is to compare three different MP3 players and guess which one is Philips.

What's the prize for the right answer? Erm... I don't think there was one. And I don't really recall the answer being revealed.

(Then again, maybe I just wasn't paying close enough attention.)

... Darn it! I really can't remember the rest of the sequence!

Sigh. I'm sooo sorry, I guess I'll just have to present to you the products in random order.

First on "my list" is the Micro Hi-Fi System BTM630.

This system apparently has the ability to connect to Bluetooth devices using A2DP and play music streamed from what it's connected to.

During the presentation the representative from Philips was demonstrating how this micro hi-fi system could be used as a replacement for your mobile phone's speaker.

You can basically make a phone call with your mobile phone, while connected to the micro hi-fi system, and hear the voice of the recipient through the speakers of the micro hi-fi system.

Next is the Philips Advanced Acoustics In-ear Headphone SHE9850.

Unlike the usual earphones, this in-ear headphones kinda look like ear-plugs. (I don't really know why they call them "headphone" they are definitely earphones if you ask me.)

According to their official website, the Angled Acoustics design is derived from an understanding of the anatomy of a human ear canal and apparently it provides exceptional noise isolation.

I had the opportunity to test it out, but I kinda "rejected the offer". It's not that I'm not interested in trying it our or anything like that, but I'm not exactly comfortable with putting something, that many others have already "tried", in my ear. No offense.

Next is the Philips GoGear digital audio/video player SA5245.

This piece of beauty features Philips' patented FullSound technology, which supposedly brings you superb audio quality.

I didn't really get to try it out due to the time constrains and the number of bloggers around. So, as of now, I can't really say much about it.

Okay. That's all for now. Hurhur.

PS: I just got some of the Philips stuff to review, so you'll be reading about them with more details on a later date.
