Pardon me for my absence. As I've just return to my desk from a week long break, work is starting to pile up as we speak. Or rather, the lack of "piling" - no press releases these last couple of days - that's kinda the problem right now.

As mentioned in my previous "Christmas Tree Special" entry, the tree I'm presenting today was spotted on the same day as before but not exactly at the same place. With that said, I hereby present to you...

The seventh Christmas tree for this segment!

This tree, like many others, is covered from top to bottom with ball ornaments in red and golden colour, pretty ribbons and lights.

Although it isn't located in Suntec City, it's pretty close by. The tree is placed outside the hotel lobby entrance of Conrad Centennial Singapore, right next to where the name of the hotel was proudly emblazoned on the wall.

Now, to speak of what lured me towards the tree is pretty tough - not its size, its decoration or anything of such. Come to think of it, I'm starting to wonder why I took a photo of it in the first place or why I'm blogging about it right now.

I guess I got a little carried away with my "quest to take photos of Christmas trees" that somewhere along the way, I forgot the objective of it to begin with.

Oh well, since it's already in a list and I probably won't be amending it...

If I had to find a reason for a "lure factor", it had probably something to do with the ribbons.

These days, admittedly, I'm very much attracted to girly stuff - ribbons, flowers, stuffed toys, etc-etc-etc... I don't know why but I have this sudden craving for a major transformation. I suspect it's the "new year spirit" and (a soon to be +1 to) my age that's getting to me.

Now to end this entry (not this segment), here's something that I've been wanting to do but yet done...

Can you see my reflection? Hurhur.

That's it for now. Next up is a really adorable Christmas tree taken on the same day and at the same hotel.

PS: Photos were taken using my Canon PowerShot E1 (in pink).
