The results are out and clearly I'm not jumping up and down right now. I didn't win the HP Mini 1000 Vivienne Tam edition sub-notebook.

I'm a little disappointed, but after reading the winner's contest entry, I had to admit defeat - they were most deserving. They were able to mix the elements of fashion and technology into one, which clearly I could not.

There's something else I'm feeling right now. If a word is required to describe this feeling, it would probably be - regret.

I've been in a world of my own for a really long time. I never knew how wide the local blogosphere really is. My impression of the whole blogging scene was somewhat revolving around one group? The people I communicate with, always seems to be the same few.

This contest reflected something apart from defeat. It showed me that there are bloggers out there that put in effort to make something out of their blogs.

I read both Fashion Nation and Fash-Eccentric. Both blogs were amazing! They were different. Something that I never expected.

I've been looking for a blog that meant something, and this contest helped me discover two! It is time to move on. This wide cyber reality consist of more than just "these few". There's more to the world that I've never seen and for once, I would like to see more of it - in reality and beyond.
