Love is most definitely in the air right now. I'm totally in love with the HTC Dream - it's the ideal mobile surfing device, in my opinion at least. Only pity right now is that I'm a StarHub subscriber and the phone seems to be exclusive to SingTel.

The price of purchasing it without a line is a little steep with the salary I'm commanding. Hopefully the price will drop in the near future or the phone will be made available at StarHub, only then will I truly be able to own one.

It's been a week since this review unit was sent over (thanks to Gina from The Right Spin). Unfortunately, the problem with the StarHub mobile broadband was only resolved yesterday. Without the ability to connect, the phone is pretty much pointless.

If a mobile phone is only used for picking calls and SMS-ing, the HTC Dream is a little bulky. Clearly it is built for more sophisticated use, only then is it's size justifiable.

After typing so many letters, my fingers are getting a little tired. A little more work could have gone into perfecting the keypad. It's a little stiff. Short messaging on Twitter and stuff are fine, excellent in fact. However, a full entry like this one becomes a little too tedious. Unlike the keys on a keyboard, substantial amount of strength is required.

Much like the iPhone, another major plus point about the HTC Dream is its wide range of applications - free for download.

I'm going to end this here for now before my fingers (thumbs actually) go numb. Let me download some more apps and take some close up photos before I proceed with my review.

Android = epic superiority.
