I've been talking going on a diet, exercising and even liposuction a million times over (exaggerating of course), but NOTHING, I mean NOTHING worked! Well, I haven't done liposuction yet, but I'm on the verge of giving it a shot. At this stage, I'd do ANYTHING to have a barbie doll figure. I'm not kidding you.
I have a dream, a dream of being as slim as my sister. I've tried it all: sports, exercising, slimming centres, slimming pills...
From young I was a chubby kid.

I did ballet, I did modern dance and I did figure skating (ice-skating) but I was still a chubby kid. My weight varied from 48-60kg. I was like a yo-yo, sometimes it went up, and sometimes it went down. I just couldn't maintain on the 48 scale for long.
Exercising was one of the methods that worked pretty well. After PSLE, we had a long break before we started Secondary School. During that period of time, I devoted my waking hours to exercising and of course I had to drastically cut down on my food intake as well. By the time I got back to school, the plan worked! I was slimmer than before but still far from the barbie doll figure that I had hoped to achieve.

The barbie doll figure that I'm hoping to achieve!
I had to exercise a lot and eat a lot less to be able to lose that amount of weight. Unfortunately, that phase was short-lived. When school started, I had school. Even with figure skating on the side, I still wasn't able to maintain the weight. Within months my weight started going up the scale once again. I was pretty devastated. I had put in a lot of effort and devoted a lot of time. But what was to be, had to be. I was fat once again.
As my weight increased, my self-esteem decreased. The more depressed I got, the more weight I put on. By the time I knew it, I wasn't able to fit into my figure skating outfit anymore - I was still exercising then, just not as much as I did during the school break.
Seeing my sorry state, my grandma brought me to a slimming centre (can't remember which one). That was the first, many more came after.
At the slimming centre, I managed to lose a couple of pounds. But like the previous attempt, it was short-lived. Perhaps I was too young then - it wasn't the right time, it wasn't the right cure.
Yes, a failed attempt once again. But I wasn't about to give up!
Slimming pills was next on the list. From the ones you can buy off the shelves at Guardians to ones prescribed by doctors. I've tried all kinds, perhaps more than anyone else in this world. Some pills worked, most didn't. Unfortunately, those that did work had pretty major side effects which wasn't an ideal to consume on a long-term basis.
I tried quite a number of prescribed pills, taking them on rotation basis. The thing about these pills is that each had a different side effect - all bad.
The blue pill caused my body to discharge "oil" - uncontrolled discharges. Whenever I took the pill I had to wear a pad. So basically, 30 days a month (in other words, everyday) I had to have pads on, which wasn't that bad if you think about it. The true horror was the smell! That truly created some inconvenience, especially in terms of my social life.
The blue-white pill caused insomnia, increase in heart beat rate, and its effectiveness usually last up to 3 months or so only. Your body tends to adapt to the medication and its effectiveness wears off. Due to the lack of sleep I started becoming more temperamental, which was made worst considering I had a bad temper to begin with.
As for commercial slimming pills, I think the one that left the strongest impression was Slim 10. Remember the pill that nearly killed a celebrity a number of years back? That was it. Fortunately for me, I only took a couple before the news broke out. I stopped consuming right after. From then on, my mum got pretty worried and prohibited me from consuming anymore pills.
Three methods in total, all leading to nothingness. Next came crash dieting?
It's true. I tried that too! And that was perhaps the most successful attempt of all. However, this ended up close to a tragedy.
After refusing to eat for 17 days in total, I ended in the hospital for a couple of days.

Not the actual photo - I get hospitalised quite a bit.
It really didn't go as well as I've planned.
When I got out of the hospital, I had to eat and the weight came back as quickly as it left - I had to eat but I couldn't exercise much as my body was weak. In other words, I was back to square one, and I incurred the hospitalisation cost while at it.
I came to terms that crash dieting wasn't the way to go either. It probably could deliver results but it would be at the expense of not only my health but also my pocket.
See what I mean when I said, "I've tried it all?" Perhaps it is time to try out liposuction? I was introduced a pretty good surgeon that is willing to give me a pretty decent discount.
The thing about liposuction that is kinda holding me back is the side effects. I've gone through tons of side effects and honestly, I'm not sure my body is able to take another heavy blow - the older you get, the less your body can endure - something to keep in mind.
There and then, I chance upon Cenosis and its latest technology in sliming, Cavitation Technology!
It is said that this technology makes use of stable cavitations to obtain the best results by breaking fat cells membrane through the bursting of micro-bubbles. The complex fatty acids are then broken down into simpler fatty acids. These simple fatty acids can then be passed out through excretory system.
During Cavitation the following is what happens:
Clinical studies done by Professor Raoul Saggini from University "G. d Annunzio", Chieti (Italy), Director of the Postgraduate School of Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine, shows that the following are achieved:
1. Body weight is loss
2. Fat tissues are reduced
3. No collateral effects
Before and after photos:

The studies are done on 10 women between the ages of 20 – 50.
Now, I repeat once again I've "tried it all!" If I'm willing to give liposuction a shot, I'm about willing to try ANYTHING!
If the technology can truly target fat on certain body parts, and reduce it permanently - without any invasive actions - it's a sure win, or rather, sure lose-weight. I'm no longer a teenager, exercising like hell is beyond my capacity. Furthermore, the numerous attempts on slimming has weaken my body system quite a bit as it is. Honestly, pill intakes or anything that may cause an side effect could be quite costly to my health.
So far, during one trial session, Priss said, "I lost roughly 3cm around my stomach area within 40 minutes." Dear Winnie, the "contestant" of Cenosis Glasshouse Challenge 2009, has successfully lost ~6kg in less than a month!
If it worked for them, it should work for me and you, no?
So now, if you've tried and failed many times over with losing weight, perhaps it's time you...
Make an appointment with Cenosis right now, to find out how you can benefit from this wonderful technology at a special price of SGD33. Call 7000 700 6626 or visit www.cenosis.biz/cavitation.php to make an appointment.
I go by the name Princessa (pronounced as Prin-ces-sa) online, you can also call me Sabrina or Princess Sabrina for that matter.

November 1, 2009 - 11:31pm
I tried all sorts of pills like acai berry and they only worked for a short time. Better to go on a diet program so that your eating habits change and then eventually you burn fat faster, but naturally.
Keep going girlfriend.

I think that just because it didn't work for some doesn't mean that it won't work for others. also think that writing down or keeping track of what you eat and what you do through out the day and after about a month take it to your doctor and see what they reccomend

Increasing weight becomes the problem for all of us. We have to be careful about what we are eating. We have to avoid junk food, oily food, smoking, drinking alcohol so that we can remain fit and healthy.
You explained the article very beautyfully and by graphically. I like it.
Thanks
