These days I read a lot (and I really mean A LOT) of blogs - mainly fashion blogs otherwise lifestyle blogs, once in a while I dig personal blogs too.

I like blogs that either:

1. Engages with its readers in a tone you feel comfortable with.

2. Has insightful, informative and/or well-written/constructed entries.

3. This x-factor thingie that makes you wanna keep reading and find out more about that person's life.

One out of the 3 will do really.

Anyway. After going through a whole lot of them, here's my daily doze of sugary goodness that keeps me hyper throughout a day.

1. Karen Cheng's Snippets of Life

The Queen Bee! When we talk about what life is meant to be, you just have to head over to Karen Cheng's blog and read her "Snippets of Life". I personally like her fashion tips, a doze of her family life and everything else for that matter of fact. Good use of language and well thought as well as constructed entries. Checked out Perth Fashion Festival anyone?

2. Katrina is a Princess

She never fails to make me go gaga over the cosmetic tips she provides. Apart from just beautifying one's appearance, her everyday life also makes one feel like there's so much more to life than just work-work-work.

3. Xiaxue

The Blogger Queen of Singapore will never be dethrone! I guess the only disappointment I'm feeling lately is the lack of controversy. I understand one's position in commercialisation, but all work and no play makes the Queen a little less read-worthy. Nonetheless, one has to admire the way she successfully makes an advertorial seem so tasteful.

4. Sheylara

These days gaming has been totally outcast by me. However, it's good to keep a little insights of what's going on and Sheylara's blog is the place to get them. Apart from just GGF, I enjoy the way she describes her day. She makes a simple day seem so much more exciting. I truly admire the effort she puts in almost all her entries. The one I last read she was giving woman drivers a bad name - very entertaining, a must read. I can't imagine how much time she took to come up with those sketches.

5. iCarly.com

I know Carly is just a character Nickelodeon created around Miranda Cosgrove but reading the "blog entries" they put up online really feels as though she's not just an actress playing her role.

6. Penny's Daybook

I'm jealous, it's true! Penny's Daybook is truly something out of the ordinary. The authors aren't just bloggers, they're writers, enthusiast! The problem with Penny's Daybook right now is the lack of constant updates and audience. So ladies, it's time to get cracking and the rest of you people, please support!

Admittedly, I don't comment much (or at all) but that doesn't mean I'm not totally supportive.
