A place where lights never go out, people never sleep, and food is never hard to find. Where am I referring to? Singapore of course. Where else?

So here's the plan oh dear visitors. First, you get on a plane and land at our airport.

Then you check into your hotel and have a good rest before you start your well-packed day!

So now, the 1-day Singapore adventure special!

Starting the day, let's have breakfast!

Ya Kun has the best Kaya toast, apart from that of which my sister makes at home. The earlier you start the day, the more time you get to spend enjoying it. A good breakfast helps.

Now, let's take a look at what made Singapore the "Lion City".

It is said that Singapore's name is derived from "Singa Pura" ("Lion City"), which was given in the 13th century by a prince from Palembang when he was shipwrecked on the island and saw a creature that he believed was a lion.

However, studies of Singapore indicate that lions probably never lived there, not even Asiatic lions; the beast seen by Sang Nila Utama, the founder of Singapore who gave it the name meaning "Lion City", was most likely a tiger, probably the Malayan Tiger.

I choose to believe in mermaids. Hurhur.

Do you like to shop? Well, if you do, you have to head down to Orchard Road.

Here are a couple of shopping centres you'd simply love!

After that you'd have to pick either:

1. The Singapore Zoo

2. Sentosa

PS: Plus point about Sentosa, it's close to VivoCity, which means you can do a little shopping after. And there's the beach!

Now, to end the evening, it has to be Singapore Flyer!

Although after the first ride... you might not really want to go for seconds.

Now to end the night will a blast, again you have two choices - Boat Quay or Clarke Quay.

They're side-by-side (kinda) so in fact, both are up for the picking.
