Having no idea what he is singing (apart from "wedding dress"), based entirely on the motion pictures appearing before me, I've come to the conclusion that:

Toms' are dumb.

In reference to (500) Days of Summer. Pardon me if your name is Tom. Same goes for the lead (Taeyang 태양) in the MV - Wedding Dress (웨딩드레스). No offence to the singer of course.

The world has god-knows how many individuals living in it. What makes you special? If not you, there's always gonna be someone else.

It's best not to compare.
It's best not to wait.
It's best not to dwell.

One lifetime is only that long. There's no way you'll find the perfect one. You'd be lucky enough to find one matching up to your expectations. And besides, what makes you think you're the perfect other half for him/her?

Comparing is dumb. There's no point to it. In the end, you only end up feeling displeased. Same goes for waiting. Not that you should just jump into a relationship.

"Wait" in the MV resulted in... (I'm guessing) losing the bride. Clearly all three of them have known each other for some time, so jumping into a relationship or such is irrelevant. You have to know when to seize the opportunity. Once lost... it can be a lifetime of regret, or not. Which goes back to the point, "there's always gonna be someone else."

"Dwell" - 3 days? 3 weeks? 3 months? 3 years?

And what's that gonna help you by? More harm than good, if you think about it. How many opportunities you'd be missing out on simply because you can't get over something you know you can't change?

Easier said than done. Then again, I'm getting pretty good at it so it's not really that hard after all.
