A year and a half ago if you talk to me about clothing, shoes, accessories and cosmetics, you'd be liking talking to a bimbo about politics. I always believed that natural beauty is all that counts. Why bother about the superficial surface? Does it really matter?

Well, I was wrong. Very wrong in fact. Sooo wrong that I'm still suffering the after effects of not putting in the effort to beautify this shell god gave me.

It's all about packaging really. And you can't just do it, you have to do it right.

My closet is over-spilling. My study table is in a complete mess with all the accessories I've gathered in the last couple of months. I have so many beauty products that sometimes I don't even know which one to use for what purpose. From clothing, shoes, accessories, skin care to hair care products. All that's missing right now is cosmetics. It takes me 2 whole hours just to get ready and get out of the house. I can't imagine when I start getting embracing cosmetics. But that's another story for another time.

Accessories is our topic today. Not just the cheap kind you get in bulks from Bangkok but the handmade kind. We're talking about handmade accessories to be exact. The kind that you can go around telling others, "it's one of a kind".

There are so many blogshops these days, it's difficult to really tell who are genuine and who are just trying their luck and overselling their products. So, let me introduce you to the real deal, www.janthavenue.com.

Janth Avenue's accessories are handmade, not the buy-in-bulk and oversell type.

They use expensive materials to make every piece and most items are one piece only. So you can actually say, "it's one of a kind".

This is one piece I have my eyes on. I have dozen of earrings and so I'm kinda more keen on bracelets these days (head pieces as well).

Not a fraud, am I sure?

Well, if Urban newspaper featured them, it's good to say they're good. I'm sure they (Urban newspaper) did their research, no?

Join Janth Avenue mailing list for latest updates! And, for limited time only, reader get a 10 percent off the total bill when they mention Princessa in their orders.
