I'm getting pretty lazy these days, haven't been updating my blog much. In total, for the month of January 2010, I only have like 40 post published - most are "Sweet Tweets".
Okay, on Saturday, I went for the Open Doors, Unique Finds (flea market) at Orchard Central to take photos for the Fleas & Fairs Singapore iPhone application by Spudniks (gotta download it if you're into flea markets).

Unfortunately, the PR side hasn't replied my email, so I'm kinda lacking information. Then again, I'm sure I'll be able to find what I'm looking for if I spend enough time researching online. Still, it would be great if Ape Communications would take the time to read and reply my email.

Seriously, how hard is it to reply an email anyway? Probably my email went to spam. I'm not blaming them, just... well... you know, it'll be great if some help is provided. I don't want to get the details wrong. Plus, there's this particular vendor that wasn't very pleasant. He gave me all that copyright crap talk. Geez, I'm taking photos of the booth! Not like I'm taking photos of his products then manufacturing them to sell.
I'm sooo not into the whole poster making thingie. Compiling SauceINK is tiresome as it is. I sooo do not have the time to come up with poster designs. He could be a little more polite. For all you know I might buy a Twilight poster or something. I did buy some really awesome looking pink with a white star (x2, on each side) Mix-Style headphones.

Totally loving it and it only cost like SGD12.90! The sound quality isn't too bad and there's somewhat noise cancellation - plugged the headphones in and basically couldn't hear the folks ranting off in the living room. A-plus buy! And I didn't even pay for it - the bear bought it for me, he's feeling generous these days.
Ohoh! The bear bought me a new white colour Moshi iPhone case!

It cost like 70 bucks. Totally awesome! I reckon it's shock-proof considering it's like bulky and has rubber surrounding the whole phone. Love it to bits! I couldn't decide between the white and red initially. White tends to get dirty easily but red isn't my ideal colour - I'm more of a pink person. I kinda mass SMS-ed out asking for votes and got like a 70% going for the white, even George!
Got the white but slightly regretting it. It kinda got dirtied within the day itself. The bear says if it becomes unbearably dirty, he'll get me a new one! Woohoo~ xoxo Moshi! It's like the BMW of phone pouches (explains the price), according to the bear.
Met up with D and Leon for dinner at Wheelock. I didn't order anything, feeling a little out of place. Although we've known each other for quite a long period of time, I still feel a little distant from them. I feel very much NOT myself around them. I hardly speak, if I were to say something, it always feels as though I'm talking to myself.
That's basically the end of Saturday, I'll go more into detail when I have the time. Still got some stuff to rush after this "sharing" session.
Okay, Sunday was a little less "engaging". Woke up pretty late then headed to East Coast Park.
I was suppose to meet Priss at 1pm to watch people beat up each other in a competition (Fight Works Asia National Muay Thai Championship 2010) but I bailed. I am pretty sure I'd go nuts from spending 6 hours watching people beat up one another.

I'm not into the whole muay thai thingie. Plus... it's gonna be sweat fest plus heat stroke. Not exactly my cup of tea.
So, instead of watching muay thai with Priss, I went cycling with the bear.

Good workout really - up slope, down slope. We hardly work out.
After cycling for more than an hour, went to Burger King to wait for Priss. She came down about 7pm to have dinner with us at Kenny Rogers Roasters - love the ribs. For the first time EVER, I got to sit in Priss's bunny (a white swift)! It's pretty neat. Anything that's new, especially cars, are always "pretty neat".
To end the day, we went to Compass Point to pick up a book from the library and bank in a cheque, picked up the DVDs from Aylwin (photos from the previous shoot), then headed back home to watch Naruto! (Yes, I am an anime fan.)
It's not exactly "the most exciting weekend of my life", but it'll do. Beats stressing over what interview questions to ask, what articles to write, and researching on stuff that I'm not exactly that familiar with - in other words, work.
