♥ Princessa's Royal Diary ♥ - Royalty has never been so PINK!

This is perhaps the best event I've EVER attended but for all the wrong reasons.

Mentioning earlier, George attended the event with me. (Yes, at Dragonfly, you can stop laughing now.) For a second, I was worried that the event would bore my dear friend out, fortunately, as the night progresses, it took a turn for the better.

Clearly in my favour that is. But before going into how he (yes, George) ended up on stage, fyi happy hour ends at 9pm and that explains why I ordered 3 drinks before the event even started.

First, a lychee martini (cause George ordered it and I couldn't decide what I wanted)...

Which tasted great (the best, or rather sweetest, EVER) so I ordered another one together with...

A apple shooter or whatever you call it. And yes, George suggested this drink too.

I'm an indecisive individual, or rather, I can't really be bothered to decide on such small matters. I'm not picky anyway. I'm more decisive when it involves work. Then again, as long as nothing goes wrong, I usually left it to whomever that wants to take charge. I've learned from experience to not be so picky, I can't always have things my way. I'm going out of point...

Starting from the top.

So they came on stage, first DJ Jia Hui from YES 93.3 FM then Ah Niu, singer (who sang 对面的女孩看过来 and 大肚腩) and now actor cum director. His trip here is to promote his film Ice Kacang Puppy Love (初恋红豆冰). If not mistaken, it's the first film he's directing. Did you know he's married? I just heard. Tsk.

Anyway, so they need people to go on stage and sing with Ah Niu, and George is a great singer... pretty obvious what I did next eh?

We were sitting right in front of the stage so it's kinda hard to miss. Plus, I was vicariously pointing at my partner sitting right beside me. “皇天不服有心人” he really got picked! I took a video but still considering whether to post it up or not.

The whole situation was kinda surreal.

I posted some photos on Facebook, five to be exact.

Will there be a video? There is, but the question is... will it be published?

The movie, Ice Kacang Puppy Love (初恋红豆冰) opens April 15, 2010.
