Overdue is correct, very much overdue in fact. Reading Jayden's blog, I felt I really need to jot this down so in the future I can look back and say, "yup yup, that was one awesome dinner!"

Back in March, Arnold aka Mr.Gadget dropped by Singapore and the Nuffnang folks organised a dinner at Pasta Inc for us to get together and catch up.

I'm somewhat a fan of Mr.Gadget's blog, it's inspiration for my gadget blog (that I've not updated since forever).

He's blog is a combination of personality plus a lot of tech.

"I'll admit that I'm a little bothered knowing that if I had waited for four months I would have had a MacBook Pro that was not only faster but also would have a whopping 10 hours of battery life."

I second that, changing "a little bothered" to A LOT BOTHERED! I literally stuffed my head in my pillow and shouted as loudly as I could. The speed and graphics I can accept, but the extended battery life... OMG WHY!

Anyway. This has gotta be the best dinner I had for ages. If only I had my DSLR with me, such a pity really. Nonetheless, thanks to the rest of the folks, here are some photos, not of food, but the people!

Nadia (left) and Princessa (right)

This is my favourite photo - a photo of a photo of Nadia and me! Oh yes, let's not forget our mobile phones!

I fall in both the Blackberry gang and the iPhone one.

And the ultimate photo that we all photo tweet-ed to Brad. It's good tiramisu, not as good as the one the bear bought for me, but good enough to consider seconds.

Ending with a group photo of the whole lot of us!

Now it's time to credit the Nuffnang folks for their generosity. First up we have Ming Shen (director) then Huiwen Yang (country manager), Elise Tay (account executive) and Raine Chai (community manager). If not for them, this gathering might not have been possible.

Hope to see Arnold again, soon ^^ .
