How to take out your contact lenses

Went for an event the other day and was given contact lenses to try out. I don't really fancy daily lenses so I kinda gave it to my friend.
Probably less than 10 minutes ago, he MSN-ed me saying he doesn't know how to remove it. I guess this is a problem many individuals face so here's a YouTube video I found that pretty much guides you on how to do it.
It's one of the better videos, there are many of course.
PS: Maybe next time I'll come up with my own videos... or maybe not.

I am one of the unlucky ones who just came seem to master the art of taking one's contact lenses out, or puttin them in! It's such a fiddly job.
