I'm not going to deny it, don't see the need to anyway. I just had my first liposuction session and it went pretty well!

For one, it didn't hurt... much at least. I think I've pretty high tolerance when it comes to pain, so don't take my word for it when I say it doesn't hurt at all.

Okay, anyway. I'm not prepared to tell you the whole story yet, it is 3am in the morning and I'm pretty tired.

Keeping it short, I THINK I'M PUTTING ON WEIGHT AGAIN! Weight is probably not the right word to use... but I'm pretty sure I'm not doing a good job losing it.

I don't think liposuction helps in weight reduction. Although some may say it does... well... it should since you actually remove mass from your body. I didn't really take my after weight, so I'm not really sure if it did. Plus, I only did my "upper" body (mainly my arms) so it's not that much fat reduction, I think.

Weight loss aside, it did reduce the size of my arms quite a bit! I'm still pretty big, but it definitely helped. I guess I can't 100 percent relay on this "shortcut" to get the "perfect" figure. To be honest, I'm not really aiming for perfect, I just wanna be slim. Well, slim enough at least...

I need some sort of an exercise kaki. You know... someone to hit the gym with me and perhaps gimme some advise on what I can or cannot eat? Arthur says I should eat more meals but in smaller quality. Problem is... smaller quality of what?!

Help!?
