If you're looking for pretty and affordable dresses that can be worn for work and after, look no further! Let me introduce you to My Heart's Desire, a Singapore-based blogshop that seeks to provide ladies with beautiful, affordable and quality apparels at affordable prices.

My Heart's Desire is a young startup from a husband and wife team. Just like all young couples in Singapore, they have their regular jobs during the day and indulge in their honest little blogshop at night.

The The Lover Dots Workdress (SGD 31) is probably my favourite.

The dress is made of cotton/polyester mix and comes with inner lining, belt loops and back zip for easy wearing.

It's mainly the shape of the dress that I like most. If you notice, the dress fits me pretty much perfectly, giving me the right amount of curves (the bear seconds my statement).

Coming in second place is the Classical Symphonic Dress (SGD30). The dress is made of cotton/polyester mix and comes with the sash, inner lining, and a side zip. The colour of this piece happens to be exclusive to My Heart's Desire, so you probably won't be able to get it elsewhere.

This piece is perfect for work; simple yet classy. A classic like it's name explains. Unlike the previous piece, the dress is not as structured, and the skirt much less flare. The dress pretty much falls depending on your figure. But of course, I'm a little bigger, so if you're smaller than I am, it'd probably be a little more loose fitting.

The Lady of Attraction Dress in Black (SGD30) is made of viscose (pretty elastic if you ask me) and comes with elastic band at the waist and inner lining.

Of all three pieces, this piece is the least flattering on me (due to my built), which is why it's in third place.

The dress itself is beautiful; I particular like the details on the sleeves and the flare-ness of the skirt. The style is pretty versatile, it can be formal as well as casual. It pretty much depends on how you accessories.

This design also comes in blue.

Personally, I find the blue less versatile (probably not ideal for work) but it better brings out the design of the dress. After all, black hides away flaws and sometimes the attributes.
