How will a pulp result?

So, here's the highlight of my miserable experience with Starhub Mobile. You can also find them on Twitter (@StarhubCares), or better still, go to #StarhubDoesntCare and see how they truly DO NOT CARE.
Here's what happened.

I got my BRAND NEW BlackBerry 9900 on September 3rd. It came with a two years renewed Starhub Mobile contract. My monthly bill, whether I use or not, is about SGD50.
Unfortunately, my brand new BlackBerry 9900 was defective!

I went back to the Starhub shop at ION Orchard, hoping to get it replaced since I bought it less than 24 hours ago. They refused, asking me to go BlackBerry Service Centre instead.

I was VERY unhappy of course and started ranting on Twitter. I brought it back within 24 hours, even blogshops that I buy stuff from would have done an exchange, but apparently Starhub thinks otherwise.

Very much displeased, I had no choice but to send it to BlackBerry Service Centre - sent it in on last Tuesday if not mistaken.
Finally, the third time Starhub called, "they were pleased to inform me that they will be replacing me a brand new set."
Note, they said BRAND NEW SET.
I went down to collect the supposed "brand new set", wasting my time, petrol and not to mention parking. Instead of the promised "brand new set" they wanted to passed me a unit that looked very much used.
They (the people at the BlackBerry Service Centre) claim it is new and that they got it from BlackBerry RIM (Research In Motion).
I bought my phone BRAND NEW, sealed in a box (unfortunately, it was defective - dead pixel - one line across the screen - supposedly a LCD defect), now you want to replace me with one that is opened, looked very much used, and tell me it's brand new?

Why am I claiming it is not brand new? Well, a brand new phone wouldn't have small scratches here and there, the screen protector would be more or less intact, and it should come in a box!

This supposed brand new phone they wanted to replace me with has small scratches around the silver area surrounding the phone, the screen protector has bubbles that clearly looked as though someone has place it on his/her ear for quite a while, and it doesn't come with a box.
I rejected the set, obviously. My phone is brand new, it's not like I bought it for a month and it broke down. I had it for less than a day.
No new phone, old phone NOT FIXED!

The Technical Support guy there said, "I demanded to have my phone back." Just for the record, I DIDN'T DEMAND, I merely asked if my old phone was still around.
They returned me the phone I sent in for repairs, NOT FIXED!

When I asked how to move forward from here, they simply said, they would call the person they spoke to over the phone this week (referring to Justin). Even though, I'm the person that paid for the phone, made three wasted trips, and clearly gonna have to pay the monthly bill for the next two years; they are going to call Justin.
That's fine actually. It's not like they can call me anyway - I have NO PHONE right now. Yes, they took back the temporary loan set.
I'm just guessing, but this is just all too beneficial for Starhub. Although my monthly flat bill is just SGD50, but if you think about it, if this drags for say three months, basically I'm paying SGD150 to NOT be able to use my BlackBerry services and mobile phone services.
Wonderful plan there Starhub, screw 100 customers up and you make a monthly of SGD5,000 without using ANY resource!
I'm sure there are at least 100,000 Starhub customers out there. So it's just 10 percent of the total number (assuming it's only 100,000 customers) and they make a good half a million a month without having to use any resources. And us, the poor customers that get fucked over can't do shit about it.
Well, we could spend a few hundred bucks more to get a new phone, but by doing so, we're somewhat doubling our bills by a hundred percent just so we can use what we were suppose to be able to use in the first place.
Oh yes, and if I don't buy back a BlackBerry and change to say an iPhone instead, to cancel my BlackBerry services I would have to pay as well!

Explains why their logo is green, doesn't it? It's all about the greens.
I go by the name Princessa (pronounced as Prin-ces-sa) online, you can also call me Sabrina or Princess Sabrina for that matter.
