After months of "talk" about revamping my totally overdue blog layout, last night I decided to just DO IT!

It took me close to 3 hours to put together the design and code the stylesheet, function template page template file and everything else that went with it. But it's ready now. Well, ready to view at least. Read the rest of this entry »

I've been busy like a bee - working on a new blog layout and the food article.

To keep it all in line with the new look and feel, I decided to change the title of my blog, the slogon and even the mission statement (which works like a description really).

I have to be honest. Although I proclaim to be a designer and all, but when it comes to creativity... I "think" I'm in a total lack of it.

I'm trying to come up with a new design, so I decided to browse around to perhaps find some inspiration.

Since I was on it to design a blog layout, I decided to search "design blog", make sense I guess.

After going through a hell of a list, I came to realise that the keywords aren't leading me to the right direction.

Instead of landing on blogs with outstanding designs, the list is filled with blogs that talks about designs but aren't well designed at all. Read the rest of this entry »
