Every year, the celebration should begin on October 1st (Children's Day - forever young they say), reaching it's peak on October 7th, then calming down by October 31st. Sadly, every year it never pulls through.

Despite all efforts to make "this October" the most memorable one, it never succeeds. In fact, there are many occasions (I'm really getting old) it ended up becoming the worst month EVER. I still remember my 16th... let's not even go into that.

This year, with Carolyn's help, despite the numerous turn of events, the emotional outburst of people that seemingly lump everything into one big picture (totally unjustified, unprofessional, uncalled for...), the annoyance of little people, and the backstabbing of psychotic people; this October (has just began) kicked off with a slightly better start coming to previous years (my birthday week was still considerable the worst week of the year though). If you've been following my blog, you'd have probably figured out that I heart Hello Kitty! Previously, I even had my header with me in a Hello Kitty gown. Despite many making fun of me in it (along the lines of freaky, childish, etc) I kept the header for more than a year (mainly cause I was lazy to redesign but yeah, that gown rocked)!

Every chance I get, I try to clear the pages of the Today papers (my mum didn't subscribe to Straits Times) and today, the last page totally took my breathe away.

I've always loved Hello Kitty. It's pretty obvious consider that I'm wearing a Hello Kitty gown this blog's flash header (and no, I don't own that dress, I Photoshop-ed the dress in).

It was 4am in the morning when I chanced upon Hello Kitty Gifts - I can't really remember how or why.

According to an entry on April 22, 2009, Sony Ericsson launched a brand new Hello Kitty "Red in Snow" C510 Cyber-shot mobile phone!

While meeting the bear for lunch at Suntec, we (Priss, the bear and myself) were given the opportunity to spot the second Christmas tree for this segment - displayed at the ground floor of Suntec International Convention & Exhibition Centre.
