Geez, I should really priorities my stuff... They need the S$30,000 like within 2 weeks and I've not done ANYTHING until now. So much for wanting to lend a helping end. Tsk.

Roughly a week ago (or so), I received an email from Hillary Chan in regards to Sunday Sharing (which isn't the point here), the winners of WCG and SCOGA.

Apparently, the winners of Singapore's WCG can't compete at the international level due to financial issues.

There will always be a "but" eh?

Ever since Sunday Sharing kicked off, I've been a undying supporter of Notes From My Heart, authored by Precious, Hillary Chan.

Every Monday, the moment I step into the office, I'd turn on my notebook and type in the URL that directs me to the Sunday Sharing source, to check if a new topic is out for the taking.

There and then, before the day ended, during lunch or such, I'd write my entry and share the link as per instructed.

Sharing is one thing I felt I could contribute, apart from that, throughout the week, I'd still come back time to time just to check if anyone else has shared their story. Every contributor had their tale to tell, most if not all were heart warming.

The past 2 weeks have been a bit of a disappointment. There was NOTHING! No new topic, no updates, no NOTHING! Suddenly I felt the whole "Monday blues" returning - nothing to look forward to...

This week, not a Monday but a Friday, a new entry was published! Sadly, the content wasn't exactly in my favour.

Hillary Chan (aka Precious) dropped me a message on Facebook launching her Sunday Sharing "programme" at Notes From My Heart. The topic for this week is "My Father's Hands".

Initially when I saw the topic I feel a little taken aback. My parents are divorced, I live with my mum. Even though I keep in touch with my dad once in a blue moon, he still feels like a complete stranger to me. The only actual connection we had would kinda be the DNA we share. Which doesn't really count for much does it?

Should I skip this topic and wait for the next? How am I to talk about something I have no clue about?

Time flies by so quickly when tons of stuff are at hand. Oh well...

So far we've filmed 4 episodes of Blogger's Treat and yesterday we've distributed out episode 2.

I know... I know... Where's the backstage previews I promise right?

Erm... Give me a little more time, and I will reveal all the dumb-dumb stuff as well as the set backs that happened during the filming. Scouts honour!

Okay. Before I take a nap and go out for another meeting, here's the highlights of Blogger's Treat Ep 2.

"Today", we feature Hillary Chan (you know... Nic's girlfriend), a Malaysian girl working in faraway Singapore missing her "hometown food".

What "hometown food" are we talking about?

Now people, pardon me for the not-so-fluent chit chat during the "show", I'm still getting the hang of the whole "hosting" thingy.
