
The thing about being a Princess but stuck in this horrible world is that, well... I don't get maids and servants to actually help do up my make-up and hair, pick my dresses, or drive me around for my appointments. In this horrible world, I still have to basically do all of those myself.
The "picking of dresses" and "driving myself around" part isn't all that bad. The "make-up" part on the other hand, is a little more tricky. I wouldn't say that I have completely no talent in that area but I'm definitely not getting the fundamentals right.
A few girlfriends of mine were talking about picking up make-up classes, which somewhat got me thinking. In fact, I've been thinking about it for quite a while, and today I decided to just Google a little to see how it all works. Read the rest of this entry »
Attending the Blogger Beauty Workshop by Stage Cosmetics was truly an eye opening experience - especially for moi, someone that hardly (or rather, never, if you go through the hideous photos of me) puts on make-up.
The event was held on a Monday afternoon, January 19, 2009, at Stage, Suntec City Mall (3 Temasek Boulevard #01-121). The trainer for this workshop was John Harold Boudville, Education Manager of Alliance Cosmetics Group.
