This is somewhat appropriate at this current point of time.

Surgery always has its risk and with all that blood lost you can't help but be wary that you might actually blackout on the streets for no reason whatsoever.

The night after the surgery my blood pressure was normal, the morning after it was pretty low. I was feeling giddy for quite a while really. Fortunately, I had people to assist me for the first couple of days, basically until I somewhat recovered.

Putting this in prospective, I consider myself lucky but what about those that aren't so lucky? What if someone close to you suffers from medical problems or age and has an unfortunate mishap? Falling on the streets can be critical. And if no one helps... Read the rest of this entry »
